On June 19, this year, a seminar-meeting was held on the territory of the food belt with the participation of the head of the Turkestan region, U. E. Shukeyev, and other responsible heads of the region's agriculture sector. After the welcome speech of the head of the region Shukeyev U. E., the Chairman of the Board of SEC "Turkestan" Akhmedzhanova A. T. and General Director of Kazniizir Ageenko A.V. in their reports, the speakers highlighted the topic of implementation and development of investment projects, as well as talked about the basics of food security and successful business.

Next, a solemn start was given to the harvest of winter wheat at the demonstration site. Also, direct seeding of corn and soy (zero technology) was launched to get a second crop. Irrigation on these crops will be produced by new sprinkler installations purchased as part of the implementation of the investment project of the SEC "Turkestan" together with "AK-Zhol"LLP. According to preliminary calculations, the yield of winter wheat is in the range of 30 to 50 C / ha. The harvested crop will be sent as a feed base to a dairy farm, which is being built in the village of Yntymak, rural district of Shaga.

In General, the meeting turned out to be informative and clearly showed the joint work of production, science, business, and support for agriculture on the part of the region's leadership.
