By the end of this year, JSC "SEC "Turkestan" plans to complete the construction of 10 multi-storey buildings in the residential complex "Syrdarya", located in the new center of the city of Turkestan.
The status of the regional center has given a new impetus to the development of the city of Turkestan, attracting new forces and investments to the region, which are transforming the city every day, making its appearance more modern.
Turkestan has become the site of a large-scale construction project that covers all areas of the city's life. Every day, new structures are being built in various parts of the regional center, new social facilities are opening their doors, and new parks are blooming for recreation of residents and guests of the city. In turn, JSC "SEC "Turkestan" (hereinafter – SEC) is engaged in the construction of new residential areas for residents of the city and the creation of necessary industrial buildings for the comfortable operation of business structures in the region.
For example, the construction of the residential area "Turkistan Jana-qala" with 44 multi-storey residential buildings has begun on the territory of the administrative and business center. The residential area includes 29 houses in the residential complex "Arman" and 15 houses in the residential complex "Syrdarya". These residential complexes are built by The company and attracted investors.
Over the previous year, the SEC built and sold the first 165 apartments in 6 residential buildings. And by the end of 2020, it is planned to complete the construction of about 10 residential buildings in the residential complex "Syrdarya" with commercial premises on the first floors. In December of this year, it is planned to provide 248 apartments of various layouts for sale. The area of the sold apartments will vary from 41.8 m2 to 82.7 m2.
In General, the complex is located on the territory of the new part of the city of Turkestan, where all conditions are created for comfortable living of residents of nearby houses. Within walking distance from multi-storey buildings are schools, music schools, hospitals, sports facilities, social and cultural facilities, there is a convenient transport interchange.
The construction direction, including the construction of residential buildings intended for residents of the city, is one of the priority activities of the SEC. Thus, in the near future, the construction of a new microdistrict with all amenities, built by the SEC and attracted investments, will be completed on the territory of the ADC of Turkestan.
