SEC "Turkestan" has worked to clarify the conditions for financing entrepreneurs in the framework of the project "from field to counter", created on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
In Turkestan, a meeting was held on the launch of the pilot project "from field to counter" with the participation of representatives Of the Department of agriculture, JSC " SEC "Turkestan", NCE" Atameken", RIC" Ontustik " and entrepreneurs of the region. Participants of the meeting discussed the main tasks and conditions of the project implementation.
The main goal of the program is to provide maximum assistance to farmers in the country to sell the grown crop to their customers without unnecessary losses and obstacles. So, to date, specialists of the SEC "Turkestan" are working closely with business entities of the Turkestan region to explain the terms of the project and collect documents. According to the lending rules, the total loan processing period will not exceed 10 calendar days, and the annual effective interest rate will be 0.01%. At the same time, the loan agreement will be concluded on the terms of repayment, urgency and intended use, and the lending itself will be carried out for the purchase and sale of a certain list of products.
It should be noted that the agro-industrial complex is the leading direction of the region's development and has significant potential for growth. However, there are obstacles to implementation, including the lack of permanent purchase channels, limited sales markets, and high competition with imported products. In order to support domestic producers, the Government of the country has proposed a project "from the field to the counter", which involves financing entrepreneurs. It is planned that the implementation of this project will ensure the coordination of peasant and farm farms and will lead to an improvement in the social situation among the rural population of the region.
