The organizer of the competitive selection of an investor partner for the joint implementation of the investment project "Administrative building in Turkestan" (hereinafter-the Project) is the joint-stock company JSC "Social and entrepreneurial Corporation "Turkestan" (hereinafter – SEC), location: Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkestan region, Turkestan, Kyzylorda TAS Zholy Highway , building 34A, business center "Alash".
Basic condition:
- The company participates in the project together with a Partner and creates a joint limited liability Partnership (LLP).
- Use of the land plot for its intended purpose (land plots during construction).
- All financial costs of the project, including taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, are financed jointly with JSC "Social and entrepreneurial Corporation "Turkestan" (SEC).
- The form of joint activity will be determined based on the results of the presentation of the project's Business plan.
