Born in the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan region.

She graduated from the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry, Kokshetau University and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the DBA program.

She began her career in 1988 as a master of the Kokshetau Dairy Plant.

Over the years, she held senior positions in various departments of the Akimat of Akmola Oblast, Kazagromarketing JSC, RSE at the Republican Veterinary Laboratory CEE KVKiN Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almex Holding Group JSC, National Agricultural Research and Education Center NAO.

He is currently the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “SEC“ Turkestan ”.
