Born in 1980 in the Zhambyl region

In 2001 he graduated from Almaty State University. Abay.

In 2005 he graduated from Karaganda University of Economics, qualification - lawyer.

In 2011 he graduated from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (France), Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications. M. Tynyshpaeva, qualification - master of interoperability, certification and safety of international railway transport.

He began his career in 2001 as a leading engineer of the processing center branch of JSC “NC“ Kazakhstan Temir Zholy ”.
