Born in 1966 in the Akmola region

He graduated from the Tselinograd Civil Engineering Institute and the Almaty Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute.

He began his career in 1983 with an employee of the Stepnogorsky state farm.

In various years, he held senior positions in Altyn Kulager LLP, PKF Tanat, Kazakhaltyn JSC, Saryadyr JSC, Kokshetau Motor Column No. 3030, Kokshetau Power LLP, and TTsK GKP RK-2, LLP Concern Naiza Krylys, LLP NORDBURVODSTROY, LLP Electric Installation XXI, JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy Construction Directorate.

Currently, he is the Managing Director for the construction of JSC "SEC" Turkestan ".
