Purpose and period of creation:

According to the Protocol No. 7 of 17.10.2008 Of the meeting of the Investment Committee of JSC "NC "SEC "Ontustik" (hereinafter - the Company), it was decided to approve the participation of the Company in the joint implementation of the project for the exploration and production of sand located on an area in the Arys district of the Turkestan region with "Sairam TRANS" LLP.

The partnership is a commercial organization and the main purpose of the Partnership is to generate income.

To achieve this goal the Partnership carries out the following activities:

• Exploration, production and processing of minerals;
• Production and release of construction sand;
• Opening of new production facilities and sales of products;
• Motor transport services;
• Repair and manufacture of spare parts;
• Provision of technical services to the population;
• Other types of activity that are not prohibited by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
