Name of the project: Creation and organization of a machine-tractor station for maintenance and cultivation of crops on an area of 1000 hectares using a sprinkler irrigation system

Period and purpose of creation:

"Turkestan agro XXI" LLP - 25%, which is 100 million tenge-was created as part of the project "Creation and organization of a machine-tractor station for servicing and growing agricultural crops on an area of 1000 hectares using a sprinkler irrigation system".

In order to develop the agro-industrial complex of the Turkestan region, it was decided to create a food belt around the city of Turkestan (within a radius of 15 km), which includes a number of anchor projects, including a project to create and organize the operation of a machine-tractor station for servicing and growing crops using a sprinkler system (the Project).

The concept of the Project envisages the creation of an agricultural enterprise on cultivation of forage crops (corn for grain, corn for silage, alfalfa and wheat) in the area of 1 000 acres (733 ha with the use of sprinkler irrigation systems) in the delivery of services posed by the machine and tractor stations and the construction of dairy-commodity farm for 600 heads of cattle, with a further increase to 1,200 head of cattle.

In the framework of the Project approved by appropriate financial and economic justification (FeO) and on the basis of the decision of akimat of Turkestan region №100 from 21.05.20 G. allocated by JSC "SPK "Turkestan" funds in the amount of 2 500,0 million tenge for its implementation.

To date, the following has been conducted:

• an array of irrigation on an area of 1000 ha (including 733 ha with the use of a sprinkler irrigation system);
• agreements on joint activities were concluded, under which 91 land plots were United;
• construction of infrastructure for sprinkler systems has been completed
  for 18 sprinklers;
• a financial leasing Agreement was signed between KazAgroFinance JSC and Turkestan agro XXI LLP for the total amount of 1,109 million tenge, for the purchase of 14 sprinkler machines and 26 units of agricultural machinery;
• 4 sprinklers were purchased and installed (installation
  14 units are planned until 01.04.2020) and 10 units of agricultural equipment (delivery of 16 units is planned until 01.06.2020).
