Project goal: in the city of Turkestan, implement a project to build a coffee Shop with an area of at least 500-1000 sq.m. the coffee Shop is created to provide public catering services to the population, visitors and tourists of Turkestan. Currently, negotiations are underway with representatives of "Costa coffee","Coffee Boom".

The estimated location of the coffee shop: the territory of the historical, cultural and administrative centers of Turkestan. These locations are characterized by high traffic of visitors.

The format of the coffee bars – the average price category. The area of the hall is about 500 sq. m. the Average receipt (invoice per visitor) will be 3,000 tenge.

  • fully functioning restaurant;
  • Parking availability;

Current situation:

Potential land plots for this project have been identified. Currently, in order to obtain title documents, work is underway to conclude an agreement with JSC "State Corporation" Government for citizens "branch of the land cadastre and real estate in the city of Turkestan" on the formation of land management projects.
