The aim of the project is to develop industry, create jobs, reduce the budget deficit of the local budget, and socio-economic development of the region.

Project status: the project provides for the construction of 39 industrial buildings, of which 10 industrial buildings have been commissioned, and work is underway on the remaining 29 buildings.
