It is a well-known fact that Turkestan is at the stage of active development and renovation. In different parts of the city, construction of various structures starts and finishes every day, and all new social facilities open their doors to the residents of the city. The rapid growth of the city also leads to an increase in the need for residential buildings and business premises.

So, at present, JSC "SEC "Turkestan" (hereinafter – SEC) is implementing projects for the construction of a new residential area "Turkistan Jana-qala". The array includes the residential complexes "Arman" and "Syrdaria" — 44 multi-storey residential buildings with a pool of 1,418 apartments. In 2019, the first 165 apartments were built and sold in 6 residential buildings. By the end of 2020, it is planned to complete and sell 16 houses with 488 apartments, with a total area of 32,864. 02 m2.

In addition, in order to develop entrepreneurship and improve the attractiveness of the region for attracting business, investment projects are being implemented on the territory of the industrial zone of Turkestan – the construction of an administrative and household complex with an area of 2,228. 30 m2 and 2 Brownfield industrial buildings with a total area of 4,477.8 m2. It is expected that these projects will help increase jobs, increase the productivity of goods in the region and replenish the budget.
