Today, 42.9% of unused land is located in the city of Turkestan. This is 2 603 hectares of land, of which 2,531 hectares are pasture land, 72 hectares are irrigated. The application of the potential investor should contain a description, goals, conditions of the project on the proposed land. The main evaluation criteria: the presence of large implemented investment projects, economic efficiency, feasibility, cluster potential, the innovative component of the project and other criteria. Applications are considered within three business days from the date of application to the SEC “Shymkent”. If the project is approved by the investment committee of JSC “NK” SEC “Shymkent”, issues of cooperation will be discussed and a contract will be concluded for the transfer of the land and / or creation of a joint venture.
