The new program of JSC “NC“ SEC “Shymkent” “Your Ideas - Our Opportunities” offers entrepreneurs free land in the South Kazakhstan region for the implementation of promising projects. In the South Kazakhstan region there are about 30 free plots of land with an area of more than 6,000 hectares.
To determine the Investor who proposed the most promising project for the region, a competitive selection is carried out. To participate, you need to fill out an application, collect documents and transfer them to the SEC “Shymkent” 5 days before the date of consideration. The application should contain a description, goals, project conditions on the proposed site. The main criteria when choosing a project: economic efficiency, feasibility, cluster potential, innovative component and others. Upon approval of your project, we proceed to discuss cooperation issues and conclude a contract for the creation of a joint venture.
