Today, a tripartite memorandum was signed between JSC “NC“ SEC “Shymkent”, the construction company “Highvill” and the Akimat of the city of Shymkent on the construction of a residential complex in the Shymkent City area.

The Korean construction company Highvill plans to invest 157 billion tenge in the construction. The project was launched jointly by JSC “NC“ SEC “Shymkent”. Investors were provided with an office based on the Shymkent joint venture, and a land plot for the construction of residential buildings over 51 hectares. The new residential complex is designed for 5500 apartments and 6700 parking spaces.

Highvill is the recipient of numerous merit awards in the Korean and Kazakh construction markets. The company is promoting a new concept of housing combining comfort and innovation.

The CEO of Highvill-Kazakhstan, Kang John-Dae, believes that Shymkent as the third metropolis of the country is interesting as a platform where you can realize the best practices.

The Shymkent City residential area will consist of 12 quarters. It will focus on small and medium-sized businesses, shopping and entertainment centers, clinics, a park, alleys and recreation areas.
