3D modeling, which replaced the drawings and sketches, has become an integral part of modern technology. Virtual reality is characterized by great photographic accuracy and helps to better understand how this or that project will look.
As part of the implementation of the state program “Digital Kazakhstan 2020”, JSC “NC“ SEC “Shymkent” concluded a memorandum of cooperation with LLC “Scientific and Technical Center“ Constructor ”. Two pilot digitalization sites were selected - the ONTUSTIK special economic zone and the ONTUSTIK industrial zone.
Using the space-based images of open access on the Internet and aerial photographs of an unmanned aerial vehicle, specialists of the Scientific and Technical Center Constructor created the most realistic three-dimensional models of the ONTUSTIK and IZ ONTUSTIK free economic zones. 3D models displayed the engineering infrastructure of the territory and real estate. These data will allow to study the possibilities of infrastructure for potential investors, calculate storage capacities, certification of buildings, allowance for free space for new residents, as well as determine the location of ground communications.
