On July 30, in Turkestan, a business meeting "Inter-regional cooperation of the city of Astana and the Turkest region" was held, in which JSC "NC" SEC "Shymkent" took part. The event was organized as part of the "Days of Astana in the regions of Kazakhstan" in honor of the 20th anniversary of the capital. To exchange experience with the business community of the Turkestan region and regional development institutions, an official delegation from the city of Astana arrived in Turkestan.

Within the framework of the meeting, a presentation of investment opportunities, tourism potential of Astana, as well as successfully implemented regional programs to support small and medium-sized businesses was held. Between Akimat of Turkestan and Akimat of Astana, memorandums of understanding and cooperation were signed. The parties intend to implement promising projects that will benefit in the future.

Guests and participants of the event visited the Kentucky Transformer Plant, the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, as well as a gala concert dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana.
