I heartily congratulate you on one of the main holidays of our country - Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
This year was especially important for residents of the Turkestan region, due to the relocation of the regional center to the city of Turkestan. The head of state sets before us large-scale tasks, the solution of which will determine the vector of development of the Turkestan region in the long term.
Today a new generation is growing up, having absorbed the spirit of freedom, success and victory, which glorifies our region, our Kazakhstan with its creative, intellectual achievements, good deeds!
