In the administrative and business center of Turkestan, akim of the region Zhanseit Tuimebayev familiarized himself with the construction of 26 five-story residential buildings.

Note that 20 of them (1,200 apartments out of 1,536) belong to the rental housing category. The remaining 6 houses, or 336 apartments, are credit housing, the construction of which is carried out at the expense of JSC “SEC Turkestan” and a private developer.

- Today, the construction of houses is at an active pace. In the month of June next year, we plan to put them into operation. The apartments will be distributed as part of the Head of State program “7-20-25”. In addition, next week we will begin laying the foundation for the construction of 88 houses. The apartments in these houses are class 2 and 3, ”said Aitmuhammed Aldazharov, representative of the board of JSC“ SEC “Turkestan”.

In turn, the akim gave a positive assessment to the ongoing projects.

It should be emphasized that the construction of 11 out of 20 residential buildings (660 apartments) began in September of this year, the completion date is April 2019.

In addition, in November next year it is planned to complete the construction of the remaining 9 residential buildings (540 apartments).
