Today, the ceremony of laying the foundation of residential complexes, which will be located in the Turkistan - Jana qala residential area, took place in the city of Turkestan with the participation of the head of the region, Zhanseit Tuimebayev.

Currently, major projects for the development of the regional center are being implemented. Among them is the construction of 88 houses. Today, at the expense of SPK Turkestan and private investment, construction of residential complexes for 2724 apartments begins. All apartments will be sold as part of the Nurly Zher and 7-20-25 programs. In a few years, the city will gain a new look. I am firmly convinced that the city has every chance to enter the list of world-class cities, ”Zh. Tuimebaev emphasized.

As noted by the Chairman of the Board of JSC SPK Turkestan Aitmuhammed Aldazharov, 88 multi-storey residential buildings will be located on an area of ​​38 hectares. Of these, 44 houses will be commissioned in 2019, the remaining 44 houses intend to be commissioned in 2020. In four residential complexes "Otyrar", "Syrdaria", "Arman" and "Sauran" there are 2,724 apartments, the total area of ​​which is 196,285 square meters. m

Ontustyk Urylys Service LLP, Beren LLP, Shymkent Kurylys LLP and NK Building LLP will be engaged in the construction of residential complexes.

The construction of facilities in the Otyrar microdistrict was made possible thanks to the joint work of SEC Turkestan JSC and the akimat of the Turkestan region as part of the implementation of the Nurly Zher State Housing Construction Program and the 7-20-25 program.
