First Deputy Prime Minister Askar Mamin paid a working visit to the Turkestan region, in which he familiarized himself with the construction progress of the Turkistan - Jana qala housing estate.

As noted by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "SEC" Turkestan "Aitmuhammed Aldazharov, the construction of a new residential area of ​​88 multi-storey buildings with a total of 2724 apartments of the second and third class (196.3 thousand square meters) was launched on December 24, 2018.

- Of this, the number of houses 44 will be commissioned at the end of this year. The construction of the remaining houses will be completed in 2020. In total there will be 4 residential complexes: Otyrar, Syrdariya, Arman and Sauran. We use materials of domestic production: prefabricated reinforced concrete products, improved finish of the facade with fiberboard, as well as facing bricks, natural travertine and linear panels, ”A. Aldazharov said.

Large-scale construction work is carried out by such companies as Ontustyk Urylys Service LLP, Beren LLP, Shymkent Urylys LLP and NKBuilding LLP. Apartments will be sold as part of the 7-20-25 program.

Currently, work has been carried out to fence land, the deployment of mobile machinery and building headquarters. Companies began excavation work.
