By the end of 2020, JSC “SEC Turkestan” plans to complete the construction of 25 residential complexes in Turkestan.

The other day, with the participation of the leadership of the SEC "Turkestan" and representatives of construction companies, a meeting was held where the issues of completing the construction of the residential complexes "Syrdaria" and "Arman" were discussed. During the negotiations, it turned out that the developers have questions about the lack of financial resources to complete the construction of houses. Following the meeting, clear funding mechanisms were identified that were mutually approved by the parties.

The total area under construction for sales will be about 58 thousand square meters. m. of dwellings totaling over 10 billion tenge. The creation of a new microdistrict will allow more than 800 young and large families to purchase their own housing this year.
