Turkestan is now a place of large-scale construction. The city is working to create favorable conditions for tourists and visitors. In particular, Turkestan SEC implements projects in the field of tourist infrastructure: it is planned to build hotels, boutique hotels, thematic restaurants and coffee houses with international franchises. Negotiations are actively conducted with potential investors - partners for the implementation of investment projects.

So, in order to create greater comfort for investors and business communities, in January 2020, the Turkestan SEC (SEC) created a special unit called Partner Office, which consults potential partners and investors. Also, “Partner Office” specialists monitor the status of projects to assist in solving problems arising from their implementation.

At the same time, from the beginning of this year, as part of comprehensive actions to ensure the transparency of the SEC, a number of measures have been taken to systematically and clearly regulate the company's processes. Work was carried out to update all regulatory documents governing the rules for entering and exiting SEC from investment projects.
