The project will be implemented jointly with the initiating partner LLP “KaskasuResort”, and JSC “SEC“ Turkestan ”will act as the project operator on behalf of the state.

On the territory of the tourist-recreational center "Kaskasu" mountain infrastructure and a commercial zone are provided. At an altitude of 1,750 to 3,200 meters above sea level, ski slopes, cable cars and ski lifts, ski lifts, hotels, restaurants, a water park, an alpine village, game, sports and training centers will be located. In general, the complex, located on 360 hectares in the territory of the Sairam-Ugam SNPP, is designed to develop a rich tourist component of the region, and is also aimed at winter sports enthusiasts from around the world.

Recall that in 2019, the mountain infrastructure project of the Kaskasu tourist and recreation center was included in the Comprehensive Plan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Turkestan Region until 2024.

In 2020, Turkestan SEC plans to begin the implementation of the first phase of the Mountain infrastructure. To date, a positive conclusion has been received on the feasibility study for the construction of the facility, design estimates have been developed and sent for examination.
