In order to implement stabilization and price regulation mechanisms for the socially significant food products of the Turkestan region, JSC “SEC“ Turkestan ”(hereinafter referred to as“ SEC ”) announced a competition to select potential participants for renting 4 trade pavilions in the city of Turkestan.

So, a meeting of the commission was held in the SEC, where the issue of providing trade pavilions for property rental was discussed, and the applicants were selected. To ensure transparency in the selection of entrepreneurs, the tender committee included members of the leadership of the SEC and representatives of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption in the Turkestan region. Of the total number of applications submitted, 7 potential participants were admitted to participate in the competition, of which 4 city entrepreneurs were selected. They became IE “Musabekov Malik Abuovich”, IE “Isaglova Zh.K.”, IE “Pralieva R.M.” and FE Duman.

It is worth noting that the selection of participants was carried out according to several basic criteria, on the basis of which points were assigned. The main selection requirements were indicators such as:

• business experience;
• status “Socially vulnerable strata of the population”;
• the availability of financial resources for the further functioning of trade pavilions;
• completeness and complexity of documents;
• the presence of a presentation.

After the decision is made by the Board of the SEC, the Commission Agreement and the Lease Agreement for the trade pavilion for a period of one year will be concluded with the winners.
