Currently, JSC "SEC "Turkestan" consists of 16 subsidiaries and affiliates operating in various sectors of the economy. One of these companies is the Regional Investment Center "ONTUSTIK" (hereinafter – RIC "ONTUSTIK"), which is under the trust management of JSC "SEC "Turkestan".

The main activity of RIC "ONTUSTIK" is the financing of projects in priority sectors of the regional economy at a preferential rate of remuneration, which plays a key role in supporting entrepreneurship in rural areas. RIC "ONTUSTIK" mainly finances projects of the Industrialization Map, projects for the production and processing of agricultural products, as well as innovative projects. Thus, together with its subsidiary MFO "Yrys" LLP, RIC "ONTUSTIK" provides financing for entrepreneurs through direct lending, financial leasing for working capital and micro-loans through a subsidiary of MFO "Yrys".

To date, RIC "ONTUSTIK" and MFO "Yrys" have financed more than 20 thousand projects totaling more than 73 billion tenge, within the framework of which about 43.4 thousand new jobs were created. The main areas for funding were projects in the field of:
- creation of family-type dairy farms;
- development of manufacturing industries;
- development of processing of agricultural products;
- creation of storage, sorting and packaging capacities for crop production;
- organization of orchards, vineyards and cultivation of berry crops;
- development of irrigation systems.
