The construction of the Keruen Sarai residential complex, which will be made in the oriental style and will be located in the heart of the spiritual capital, has begun in Turkestan.

Currently, JSC "SEC" Turkestan " together with the initiator partner is implementing a project for the construction of a new residential complex "Keruen Sarai". An oriental-style residential complex will be built in the cultural and spiritual center of Turkestan, near the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yassawi.

The main pedestrian alley of the city passes through the territory of the complex under construction, and new city objects and attractions are located around it. On the eastern side of the complex there is a park area, and adult trees will be planted on the courtyard territory of the residential complex.

The first stage of the development of the residential complex "Keruen Sarai" will consist of 9 low-rise blocks. In total, the complex provides for the construction of 1,2 and 3-room apartments and two-story townhouses. No more than two apartments will be located on one site, and townhouses will have their own entrances and terraces.
