The organizer of the competitive selection of an investor partner for the joint implementation of the investment project "construction of low – rise residential buildings in the shopping center" Turkestan" (hereinafter - the Project) is the joint - stock company JSC "Social and entrepreneurial Corporation "Turkestan" (hereinafter-SEC), location: Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkestan region, Turkestan, Kyzylorda highway, building 34A, business center "Alash".
Basic condition:
1. The society participates in the project together with the Partner, establishing a joint limited liability Partnership (LLP) .
2. Use of the land plot for its intended purpose.
3. all financial costs of the project, including taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, are financed jointly with JSC "social and entrepreneurial Corporation "Turkestan" (SEC).
4. the form of joint activity will be determined based on the results of the presentation of the project's Business plan.
