Basic condition:
1) the Company participates in the project only by the right of land use.
2) Conclusion of a joint activity agreement providing for the transfer of a land plot to joint activity.
3) Use of the land plot for its intended purpose.
4) All financial costs of the project, including taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, are financed by the partner/investor.
The form of joint activity will be determined based on the results of the presentation of the project's Business plan.
