The organizer of the competitive selection of a partner / investor for the joint implementation of investment projects on land located in the rural district of Koshkarata, Keles district, Turkestan region – joint Stock company "Social and entrepreneurial Corporation "Turkestan" (hereinafter – the Company).
Basic condition:
1) Conclusion of a joint activity Agreement providing for the transfer of a land plot to joint activity;
2) Use of the land plot for its intended purpose;
3) the Company participates in the project only by providing a land plot.
4) All financial costs of the project and tax payments on land plots are invested at the expense of the partner / investor.
Applications and attached documents of potential partners/investors for participation in the competitive Selection are accepted at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Turkestan region, 161200, Turkestan, Kyzylorda TAS Zholy highway, 34 A, Alash business center building, 2nd floor, until 19:00 on August 24, 2020 (the deadline for submitting applications).
