Basic conditions:
In projects in the field of subsoil use, SEC participates only in the right of subsoil use.
All financial costs are invested at the expense of the investor / partner.
Also the costs of:
- annual deductions for the socio-economic development of the region and the development of its infrastructure
- deduction to the liquidation fund during the production period in the amount of at least one percent of the annual production costs
- annual funding of research, scientific and technical and (or) experimental design work provided by Kazakhstani producers of goods, works, services, in the amount of at least one percent of the total annual income from contract activities based on the results of the previous year
- reimbursement of historical costs according to the work program of the Contract.
