Contributions of the Parties:
JSC «SEC «Turkestan» - the provision of a loan on the terms of security, repayment, payment.
Partner/Investor - material, financial, labor and other resources necessary for the implementation of the project.
Qualification requirements for a Potential partner:
1) availability of a license for pharmaceutical activity with an application for the wholesale sale of medicines and medical devices;
2) the presence of the operator-supplier of trade and logistics infrastructure (warehouse facilities, premises with special equipment, vehicles either on the right of ownership or on the right of lease, in accordance with the standards (GDP), designed for proper storage of medicines and transportation, procurement and other operations with medicines and medical products, allowing to provide a set of measures aimed at ensuring uninterrupted accessibility for the population;
3) no arrears on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, as well as to second-tier banks and financial institutions;
4) the absence of a criminal record from the management, chief accountant and other authorized persons of the business entity, which has not been repaid or removed in accordance with the procedure established by law;
5) sale of all names of medicines and medical devices provided for in the list approved by the Commission;
6) the rehabilitation and (or) bankruptcy procedure should not be applied to business entities;
7) compliance with the requirements of the Code "On the Health of the People and the Healthcare System of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated July 7, 2020 No. 360-VI ZRK, Article 233 Wholesale and retail sale of medicines and medical products: entities in the field of circulation of medicines and medical products engaged in the wholesale sale of medicines are required to comply with the requirements of good distribution practice (GDP).
8) compliance with the requirements of the rules of storage and transportation of medicines and medical devices, according to the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2021 No. KR DSM-19. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 18, 2021 No. 22230.
Criteria for determining the winner:
- work experience in the field corresponding to the direction of implementation of the investment project;
- availability of own funds for the implementation of the project;
- availability of access to credit resources.
