The deadline for submitting applications is 19:00 on May 18, 2022.

Requirements for the supplier operator:
1) availability of a license for pharmaceutical activity with an application for the wholesale sale of medicines and medical devices;
2) the presence of the operator-supplier of trade and logistics infrastructure (warehouse facilities, premises with special equipment, vehicles, etc.) designed for proper storage of medicines and transportation, procurement and other operations with medicines and medical products, and allowing to provide a set of measures aimed at ensuring uninterrupted accessibility for the population;
3) no arrears on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, as well as to second-tier banks and utility providers;
4) the absence of a criminal record from the management, chief accountant and other authorized persons of the business entity, which has not been repaid or removed in accordance with the procedure established by law;
5) sale of all names of medicines and medical devices provided for in the list approved by the Commission;
6) the rehabilitation and (or) bankruptcy procedure should not be applied to business entities;
7) compliance with the requirements of the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2015 No. 164 "On approval of Sanitary Rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for food production facilities" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 10971), Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 31, 2017 No. 358 "On approval of Sanitary rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for objects of wholesale and retail trade in food products" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 15689).
