Brief description and information about the rental object:
An access railway, 2.1 km long, located at Shymkent, Abaysky district, kv-l 62 - 033.
Basic conditions:
1) The initial rental price is 430,701.83 tenge (four hundred and thirty thousand seven hundred and one tenge eighty-three tiyn) with VAT per month;
2) The frequency of payment of rent - monthly;
3) Maintenance and repair of the railway line, as well as the maintenance of the switch, will be financed by the tenant separately;
4) The Lessee assumes responsibility for ensuring the safety, proper functioning and operation of the railway line;
5) The lease term is 1 year.
Requirements for the participants of the competition:
1) There is no overdue debt on all types of obligations to banks as of the date of submission of the application for participation in the tender;
2) Is not subject to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings;
3) Experience in the field of railway line operation for at least three years;
4) Preference is given to persons offered the highest price at the starting price of 430,701.83 tenge (four hundred and thirty thousand seven hundred and one tenge eighty-three tiyn) with VAT per month.
