Iskakov Marat Useynovich – born in 1981, higher education, graduated in 2003 from M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Computer Engineering and Automated Systems Software, in 2006 from Almaty Economic University with a degree in Finance and Law, in 2010 from Karaganda State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He started his career in 2001 as a system administrator at Altyn Uya LLP. 2005-2007 he worked in independent appraisal companies as an evaluation specialist. 2007-2008 in the SCF of Tsesnabank JSC, Chief specialist of the collateral management. 2008-2019 held senior positions in valuation companies, chief specialist of collateral collateral of the branch of JSC "ACC" in the Turkestan region. Since 2010, Chairman of the South Kazakhstan Regional Chamber of Appraisers.
