Born in 1984, higher education, graduated from the Shymkent College of Economics and Law in 2002 with a degree in Economics, Accounting and Auditing, graduated from the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Banking in 2005, graduated from the Regional Socio–Innovative University in 2013 with a degree in specialty – "Jurisprudence".

He started his career in February 2006 as an SME lending specialist at ATF Bank JSC.

September 2006 – March 2008 – Leading specialist of SME lending JSC "ATF Bank"; March 2008 – June 2011 – Chief specialist of SME lending JSC "ATF Bank"; June 2011 – October 2018 – Chief specialist of calving lending JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation for South Kazakhstan Region"; October 2018. – November 2019 – Head of the lending department of the branch of JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation for Turkestan region"; November 2019 – December 2022 – Deputy Director of the branch of JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation for Turkestan region".

Since January 04, 2023, he has held the position of Managing Director for Investment Projects of JSC SEC Turkestan.
