Period and purpose of creation:
In 2009, within the framework of the "Nurly Kosh" Program, a pilot project was provided in the Asar microdistrict of Shymkent city at the expense of funds transferred in 2008 to the authorized capital of JSC "NC "SEC "Ontustik" (hereinafter - the Asar Pilot project).
The decision of the Board of Directors of JSC "NC "SEC "Ontustik" of 4 February 2009 n/a company-operator for the implementation of the pilot project Nurly Kosh Program 2009-2010 in microdistrict Asar in Shymkent defined by LLP "Shymkent crdel Kurylys" (at the time subsidiary of JSC "NC "SEC "Ontustyk" with 100% participation), which set forth responsibilities for the loan for the participant of the pilot project and control of target use of borrowed funds issued to the participant in the pilot project and construction.
The Programme funded 575 participant for a total of 4 867 809 346 tenge.
