Creation period:

On November 19, 2018, in order to develop the city of Turkestan by the Protocol order of the Governor of the Turkestan region Zh.Tuimebayev instructed to arrange for the implementation of the project "Turkestanenergo".

On November 23, 2018, under the Chairmanship of the First Deputy akim of the Turkestan region, K. T. Nukenov, a meeting of the Headquarters for organizing and monitoring the progress of projects in Turkestan was held.

As a result of the meeting, JSC "SEC" Turkestan "was instructed to work on the creation of LLP" research design Institute "Turkestangenplan" by purchasing a 49% stake in the authorized capital of a limited liability partnership with a state license of 1 or 2 categories for project activities and material and technical base.

27 December 2018 at the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "SEC "Turkestan" made the decision to purchase a 49% share in the Charter capital of LLP "Ali and Astana", having a state license 2 categories for project activities for the joint implementation project "research "Turkestanenergo", worth 55 769, 000. On the same day, a purchase and sale agreement was signed for participation in the authorized capital of "Ali and K Astana"LLP.

On January 24, 2019, at an in-person meeting of the Board of Directors of "SEC "Turkestan" JSC, it was decided to rename the company name of "Ali and K Astana" LLP to "Turkestangenplan Research and design Institute "LLP.
