The project was implemented in order to implement the third direction of the state program «Nurly Zhol» on the formation of Kazakhstan as a Eurasian transport and logistics hub, which provides for the creation of transport and logistics centers in the cities of Turkestan and Maktaaral district.

The project cost is 408 million tenge. 

To date, the Partnership has been included in the Comprehensive Privatization Plan for 2021-2025, approved by Resolution No. 908 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2020.
