General information: The project «Construction of 2-3-storey houses of the residential complex «Keruen-Saray» (Townhouse) on the territory of the cultural and spiritual center of the city of Turkestan» is being implemented on the basis of «Sultanat Yassy» LLP.

This project provides for the construction and commissioning of 28 residential buildings, 132 townhouses and 134 apartments on the territory of the cultural and spiritual center of Turkestan, on an area of 6.16 hectares, located on the territory of the historical center of the special economic zone «TURKISTAN».

JSC «SEC «Turkestan» participates only at the 1st stage of construction on a plot of 1.62 hectares.

• The share of «A - Spetsstroy» LLP is 51%, which amounts to 1,082,082,3 thousand tenge
• The share of JSC «SEC «Turkestan» is 49%, which is 1,039,647.7 thousand tenge

«Sultanat Yassy» LLP was established in October 2020 and is a subsidiary of «A-SPETSSTROY» LLP established in 2013, which has licenses to perform construction and installation works in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main specialization of the company is the construction and commissioning of facilities, infrastructures, administrative and residential complexes in accordance with the design and estimate documentation.

Much attention is paid to both the external and internal architectural appearance of the buildings being erected, the quality of the construction work carried out, individual apartment layouts and the latest building materials are used.

              Completion of construction is planned for May 2021.
